Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bounce Smash: Physics Puzzle (the "Game") and this website, provided by PixelMind Technology Limited ("PixelMind," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
2. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, PixelMind grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment on a compatible device. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the Game, bypass security measures, use unauthorized automation, reverse engineer the Game except where law expressly permits it, harass others, submit unlawful content, or use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Purchases and Virtual Items
If the Game offers purchases, transactions are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to its payment and refund rules. Virtual items are licensed, not sold; have no cash value; and cannot be transferred outside the Game. We may modify or discontinue virtual items where permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game, website, software, artwork, designs, text, trademarks, and other content are owned by PixelMind or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from them unless we give written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The Game may link to or rely on app stores and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. PixelMind is not responsible for services it does not control.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game and website are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelMind and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Game. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Game during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if the Game is discontinued. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.
10. Changes to the Game or Terms
We may update the Game and these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Game, this website, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
